As we continue to scale globally, we’re looking for a Partnerships Development Manager for the UK&I; region (Microsoft Ecosystem focus) to help expand, strengthen, and accelerate our partner network. The Role - Search for & map new potential partners in the HR and software space with a strong footprint in the Microsoft Ecosystem, executing the full partner recruitment and sales cycle with them. - Leverage the Microsoft partner network and co‑selling channels to drive strategic distribution and reseller growth across the UK&I; market. - Act as the main point of contact for key Microsoft‑focused partners, VARs (Value‑Added Resellers), and IT consultancies. - Hold regular meetings (calls, video meetings, demos) with your partners and their clients, keeping them updated on the product and finding solutions to specific problems they may have. - Gather feedback from partners and clients to identify pain points, software integration opportunities,



and ways to further mature our partnership channel. - Upsell any additional Factorial products/services to partners based on client needs. - Collaborate daily with internal teams, from SDRs, Product, Marketing, Customer Experience and Senior Leadership. - Play a key role alongside founding team members to drive UK&I; market share, traveling to the UK&I; frequently for industry events, Microsoft ecosystem meetups, and key partner visits. You’re a great fit if you - Hunter mentality, hungry, persistent and ready to hustle. - Have 3–4 years of experience in Partnerships or Channel Sales, preferably in a SaaS company or digital transformation environment. - Proven experience working with or within the Microsoft Ecosystem. - Understanding of vendor sales playbooks (specifically Microsoft co‑selling mechanisms and channel dynamics). - Experience working with and within the UK market. - You have knowledge or expe
