Location: Madrid, Spain Employment Type: Permanent | Full-time Work Model: Hybrid What You'll Do * Manage the full sales cycle for the Dutch market. * Handle inbound and high-volume outbound sales activities. * Conduct product demonstrations and client meetings. * Guide customers through free trials and convert them into paid subscriptions. * Collaborate with the Customer Experience team to ensure a smooth customer journey. Salary & Commission * €30,000 gross annual base salary. * Monthly commission target: €600. * Uncapped commission structure with performance multipliers. * Quarterly Super Bonus for top performers. * Clear career progression to AE2 (€35,000 base) and AE3 (€40,000 base).
