About the Role As a Stewarding Supervisor, you will act as an ambassador of the Hyatt brand, supporting the smooth and efficient operation of the culinary and Food & Beverage departments.



You will supervise the stewarding team, coordinate daily activities, and ensure that all kitchen equipment, china, glassware, silverware, cookware, and back-of-house areas meet the highest standards of cleanliness, hygiene, safety, and presentation. This is an operational position with a rotating schedule, including shifts, evenings, weekends, and public holidays according to hotel operational needs. You will work closely with the Culinary, Food & Beverage, Banquets, and other hotel departments to ensure a seamless operation, particularly during high-volume services, buffets, banquets, and events.
