We are seeking a Senior Manager, Clinical Trial Liaison Operations to join our General Site Management function, supporting our EMEA region in a remote work mode. In this role, you will lead country-cluster operations and field-based Clinical Trial Liaison teams while collaborating with regional leaders, study teams, vendors, and investigator sites. Discover your role: * Lead Clinical Trial Liaison performance, development planning, formal reviews, goals, workload, and quality delivery. * Oversee vendor-provided staff against service-level agreements and raise performance concerns. * Implement standardised feasibility, site selection, recruitment, retention, and investigator issue-resolution processes.



* Advise cross-functional forums on study, programme, country, capacity, and resource strategies. * Build investigator relationships, conduct remote and on-site co-visits, and support meetings, audits, and inspections. * Report monthly metrics, standard methodologies, issues, and escalations while retaining a 15% liaison workload. * You foster a collaborative, high-performing cluster aligned with regional standards and continuous improvement.
