service issues, delivery performance, customer complaints, sales trends, and return reasons. * Provide customers with information and/or documentation regarding order status, product availability, and delivery. * Maintain data accuracy in ERP and customer service systems or platforms. * Escalate complex issues to senior team members when appropriate Your skills and experience * Understanding of order management, customer service processes, logistics, shipping, and returns processes by experience * English knowledge is a must (min.
