Regional HR Director (m/f/d) at Playitas * Permanent * Full-time * as soon as possible Your Tasks Your Responsibilities * Develop and implement regional HR strategies aligned with global HR strategy * Lead HR transformation and digitalization projects * Drive talent development, succession planning, and leadership programs * Implement regional employer branding strategies and recruitment initiatives * Support organizational growth and change management initiatives * Oversee HR governance, KPIs, and employee engagement * Work closely with International HR and implement integral HR projects in own scope * Manage HR budgets, forecast, payroll and resource allocation * Lead and develop local HR teams across both properties Your Profile Your Profile * Degree in HR, Business Administration, Hospitality, or related field * Minimum 8 years of HR leadership experience, ideally in hospitality * Strong background in HR strategy, transformation, and project management * Experience in multi-site or international environments * Fluent in Spanish and very good English skills; Portuguese is a plus * Strategic mindset with strong execution capability * Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
