We are looking for Dutch-Speaking Customer Support Agents to join international teams in Athens and Thessaloniki. Depending on the project, you may provide customer service, after-sales support, technical assistance, claims support, or support for business customers Working Location: Athens or Thessaloniki, Greece Work Model: On-site Language: Dutch – C1/C2level English: B2–C1, depending on the project Salary: €1,300 gross/month (paid over 14-months)+ bonus(depending on the project)+Full relocation package (4 weekshotel accommodation+airport pick up+flight ticket+real estate agency fee) Working Schedule: Monday–Friday, with occasional weekend shifts depending on the project Applicants must already have the legal right to work in Greece. Visa sponsorship is not available for this position Your Responsibilities * Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat. * Provide accurate and professional customer support. * Troubleshoot product, service, account, payment, or technical issues. * Assist with deliveries, repairs, replacements, refunds, and claims.



* Explain product and service information clearly to customers. * Manage customer interactions and case information using CRM systems and internal tools. * Escalate complex issues when necessary and follow up until resolution. * Maintain accurate documentation and meet quality and performance targets. Requirements * Dutch proficiency at C1 level, both written and spoken. * English proficiency at B2–C1 level, depending on the project. * Strong communication and active listening skills. * Good problem-solving and multitasking abilities. * Customer-focused and solution-oriented approach. * Comfortable working with computers, CRM systems, and multiple digital tools.
