Your career in a new light. We are looking for a dedicated Product Engineer (all genders) to join our team in Barcelona. Your job * Development and construction of new lighting systems by using 2D and 3D design programs * Detailed engineering of luminaires up to the final transmission into serial manufacturing * Creation of construction drawings, parts lists and working schedules * Answering technical questions of other departments such as production and final assembly * Supporting the production of prototypes, the preparation of assembly instructions as well as product documentations Qualifications and skills * Successfully completed (higher) technical education in the field of Product Engineering * min. 2 years work experience in a similar position in mechanical engineering * Good knowledge of 3D-CAD design programs, Solid Edge will be a bonus * Knowledge of design for manufacturing of different procceses such as plastic injection, die-casting, machining, 3D printing, sheet metal etc. * Good knowledge of English and Spanish * Creative in and passionate about solving technical problems * Enthusiastic about architecture, design and lighting technique * Self-motivated and able to work independently #J-18808-Ljbffr
