With our commercial team evolving and new strategic priorities in place, we are searching for a VP of Commercial to own and drive enterprise revenue. This is not a managerial build-out role — it is a high-impact individual contributor position where you will personally close strategic deals with global pharma and SaMD (Software as a Medical Device) companies, working hand-in-hand with the COO, CEO and leadership team. You will own the full commercial cycle for Idoven's most strategic accounts: from building relationships at the global decision-maker level to structuring complex multi-year agreements. You will be the person who flies to the client site, sits at the table, and closes. What You'll Do * Own and drive the enterprise sales pipeline with a focus on global pharma (Novo Nordisk, Pfizer, Novartis, BMS, and peers) and medtech companies such as GE HealthCare. * Close strategic deals in the €500k–€2M+ range, leveraging established relationships and building new ones at the integral level.



* Develop and execute a commercial strategy aligned with Idoven's product roadmap and go-to-market vision. * Work directly with the COO & CEO to co-develop account strategies, structure deal terms, and lead key negotiations. * Qualify and refine inbound leads generated by the marketing team, converting them into closed revenue. * Represent Idoven at key industry conferences, advisory boards, and pharma innovation forums. * As the team grows, contribute to building and mentoring a high-performing commercial team. * 10+ years of MedTech business development experience * Proven track record closing enterprise deals (€500k+) with global pharma or medtech companies — you must have personally led and closed deals, not just been part of a large team. * Deep familiarity with the pharma and/or medical device commercial landscape; experience in cardiac, imaging, or AI-enabled diagnostics is a strong plus. * Existing network at the global level within pharma (medical affairs, R&D;, digital h
