Junior Treasury Operations Analyst Ebury Malaga Office - Hybrid: 4 days in the office, 1 day working from home per week This position will be part of the Treasury Operations Team and will play a key role in the financial reconciliations of Ebury. It will report to the Treasury Operations Reconciliation Manager. What you’ll do * This position will work with the wider treasury function and will play a central role in the daily operations of the department. * Supporting the financial reconciliation function ensuring the adequate reconciliation and reporting of 800+ accounts in 100+ currencies.



* Execution of daily trade reconciliation across multiple FX transaction types and counterparties in line with EMIR requirements. * Support to Ebury’s Group Bank accounts reconciliations including: o Client collections accounts o Lp settlements accounts o Payout accounts o Corporate Treasury Accounts o Trade Finance and SPV accounts o Cover accounts * Daily monitoring and controls over trade populations and settlements. * Management of discrepancies across trade details between internal systems. * Controls over internal vs external balances. * Detect, analyse, correct and upscale if needed possible discrepancies between external and internal cash flows and balances. * Execute daily internal control checks to ensure there is no missing information in the systems. * Ad-hoc, weekly and monthly reporting of all treasury positions. * Document and control of processes facilitating the audit processes. * Intra-department
