We are looking for an experienced and commercially driven Country General Manager to join AsstrA in Spain. This is an exciting opportunity for a high-performing sales professional to drive business growth, establish a strong market presence, and progressively take on broader leadership responsibilities. This role requires a strong focus on business growth, customer development and market expansion. The first priority will be to strengthen sales activity, develop new business opportunities and build a solid commercial pipeline. At the same time, you will be responsible for organizing and improving local business processes, team performance and operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities * Develop and implement the business development strategy for Spain. * Actively drive sales growth and new customer acquisition. * Personally participate in key customer meetings, negotiations and strategic commercial activities. * Strengthen relationships with existing clients and business partners. * Build, manage and develop the local team. * Improve internal processes,



cooperation and operational performance. * Monitor business results, KPIs, profitability and market development. * Ensure effective cooperation with AsstrA teams in other countries. * Represent AsstrA on the Spanish logistics market. Required Experience * Proven experience in freight forwarding, logistics or transport. * Strong commercial background and successful experience in business development. * Experience in managing a team, business unit or country organization. * Ability to develop sales activity and build business from the market. * Understanding of operational processes in logistics. * Experience in managing business results, KPIs and profitability. * Fluent Spanish and English.
