About the Role Key Responsibilities * Lead Agile delivery across cross-functional digital product teams and strategic business initiatives. * Coach teams, Product Owners, and stakeholders on Agile principles, Scrum, and Kanban practices. * Facilitate Agile ceremonies to drive alignment, transparency, and predictable delivery outcomes. * Partner with Product Owners to ensure backlog readiness, prioritization, and value-focused execution. * Remove impediments and enable high-performing, self-organized, and autonomous teams. * Optimize delivery flow using lead time, cycle time, throughput, and flow efficiency metrics. * Educate stakeholders and influence Agile mindset adoption across business and technology organizations. * Leverage AI-enabled practices and tools to improve team productivity, delivery effectiveness, and innovation.
