Developing our business in different markets allows us to add a space for a motivated Account Manager - Europe. Role Overview: We are seeking a contractor to support our Account Management team. This role is project-based or ongoing, depending on performance and business needs. Scope of Work: * Communicate with customers in the post-sale process. * Upsell and promote new products. * Drive cross-sell, upsell and expansion opportunities within dedicated territory. * Promote existing product by improving positioning. * Ensure that existing and new products are promoted in an efficient way. * Develop and maintaining long term relationship with customers.



* Work closely with sales and marketing manager to ensure efficient communication and collaboration. * Identify opportunities to improve the customer experience. Requirements: * Strong technical acumen with the ability to link it to business value. * Proven and consistent track record of sales performance and knowledge. * Analytical, structured, highly driven and solution-oriented mindset. * Excellent presentation and communication skills, both verbal and written. * Ability to build and maintain strategic relationships. * Strong analytical skills. * Good financial knowledge. * Ability to drive and coordinate projects independently. * Fluency in Spanish and English. * Adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced, startup environment. * Availability and flexibility to travel occasionally as needed. * Ability to invoice services (mandatory).
