Requirements * A degree in business, marketing, digital technologies, or a related field. * An MBA or equivalent is a plus. * + 10 years of experience in senior roles within digital, customer, content, or business transformation. * A track record of leading enterprise or regional transformations, not only functional or local initiatives. * Experience driving adoption and behaviour change at scale, including navigating resistance and aligning senior stakeholders. * Experience combining operating model design with execution: governance, capabilities, ways of working, and performance measurement. * Exposu
