Inside the House, you'll find 56 bedrooms, warm Mediterranean-inspired club spaces, and a pool, spa, and gym in Barcelona Main Duties Maintain and regularly update employee databases and HR records, ensuring all information is accurate, complete and up to date. Manage employee documentation and ensure that HR files are maintained correctly and confidentially. Support the administration of the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, changes to employment details, transfers, promotions,



absences and offboarding. Support the migration of employee information and HR data to the new Factorial HR platform. Review, clean and validate existing employee data prior to migration. Ensure employee information is correctly transferred and maintained within the new platform. Collaborate with the HR team and relevant stakeholders to identify and resolve data discrepancies during the migration process. Assist employees and Managers with basic queries relating to the new HR platform. Support employees with HR-related needs, questions and concerns, escalating matters to the HR Manager when appropriate. Work closely and consistently with Managers across the business to understand and support their HR needs. Act as a reliable HR partner to the business, ensuring that operational priorities and people needs are effectively balanced.
