We work with international companies on Market Entry, Business Development, Route-to-Market, retail strategy and local market execution, combining strategic advisory with hands-on support in Spain. As HSM continues to grow, we are looking for an International Business Development & Client Projects Associate to join our team in Madrid. The Role This is a hands-on role combining international business development, commercial execution, market analysis and client project delivery. Working directly with HSM's Managing Director, you will support international brands developing their business in Spain: researching markets, identifying opportunities and potential partners,



supporting relationships with retailers and distributors, coordinating projects and, most importantly, making sure things move forward. This is not a purely administrative coordination role. We are looking for someone who enjoys taking ownership of a project or objective, organising the work required and following it through. What will you do? Business Development & Commercial Execution * Identify potential retailers, distributors, partners and business opportunities in Spain. * Research and contact relevant companies, buyers and decision-makers. * Support commercial outreach and follow-up. * Help develop opportunities with retailers, distributors and other partners. * Support HSM's own business development activities.
