About the role As a Finance Business Controller – Freight Forwarding at DP World, you will drive financial performance and act as a key business partner to operations and commercial teams. You will deliver accurate reporting, provide insightful analysis, and support decision-making to improve profitability and operational efficiency in a fast-paced logistics environment. How you will contribute * Oversee all financial activities, including profitability analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis for the freight forwarding division * Prepare and deliver accurate monthly reporting packs (MBR) in line with group standards and IFRS requirements * Act as a business partner to Operations and Sales, providing financial insights for contract negotiations and decision-making * Drive performance improvement through KPI development, financial analysis, and operational efficiency initiatives * Ensure effective working capital management and support CAPEX investment decisions with robust financial evaluation * Support regional teams, shared services, and audit processes,



ensuring compliance and collaboration across functions * Lead reporting optimization and automation to improve efficiency and reduce non-value-added activities What you will bring * Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) with min. 3 years’ experience in finance/accounting, including a management role * Fluent in Spanish and English with strong communication and stakeholder management skills * Self-driven and reliable, able to work independently in demanding environments and support operations * Entrepreneurial mindset with strong organizational skills and ability to push boundaries * Experience with SAP, BPC, Oracle and advanced MS Office proficiency * Strong technical accounting knowledge and project management capabilities * Experience in logistics/contract logistics and mentoring others is a plus Compensation DP World offers exciting and challenging roles within a growing international organization.
