About the job HR Payroll and Support (Dutch) Grow-Talent.com is working with a leading Outsourcing/BPO company that is looking to recruit a Dutch-speaking HR Payroll and Support to join their team in Valencia. Position: HR Payroll and Support Employment type: Full-time DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: * Respond to customers and app users via email, chat, and phone, ensuring prompt assistance * Ensure all contract-related matters are organized * Support new employees during their onboarding process * Assist with administrative tasks like VSO agreements and time registration * Review and verify the accuracy of documents, arrange work permits * Continuously updated concerning legislation, including NDA and GDPR compliance * Serve as the point of contact for all salary-related inquiries, and manage payroll * Identify opportunities for smarter operations and contribute to process improvements based on feedback, prioritizing efficiency REQUIREMENTS: * Native/fluency in Dutch, written and verbal,
