* Lead end-to-end project planning, execution, governance, and delivery across complex technology initiatives. * Develop and maintain integrated project plans, schedules, milestones, deliverables, dependencies, and action plans. * Manage project risks, issues, assumptions, dependencies, and RAID logs to maintain delivery timelines. * Coordinate cross-functional teams, technical teams, business stakeholders, vendors, and third-party partners across multiple regions. * Support and coordinate IAM-related workstreams, including identity governance, user access, provisioning, access management, and identity lifecycle activities. * Support cybersecurity and technology transformation initiatives, ensuring project activities remain aligned with business and technical objectives. * Coordinate activities across North America, LATAM, EMEA, and APAC. * Facilitate project meetings, working sessions, governance meetings, steering committees, and stakeholder forums. * Prepare regular project status reports, dashboards, presentations, and executive-level communications. * Track project financials,
