What You Will Do * Review and refine AI-generated outputs on M&A; topics, including deal sourcing, due diligence, transaction structuring, valuation, post-merger integration, and stakeholder management * Evaluate AI responses for deal realism, sound reasoning,



and direct applicability to M&A; scenarios * Draft realistic M&A; case studies and negotiation scenarios informed by your direct deal experience * Create alternative scenarios from perspectives such as buyer, seller, advisor, or board member * Identify logic gaps, impractical responses, or oversights in AI-generated M&A; content In simple terms: You will review and improve AI-generated M&A; content to ensure it demonstrates authentic industry practice and robust commercial logic.
