Requirements * Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or similar. * Postgraduate qualification in Marketing, Strategy, or Business (e.g.,



MBA) preferred. * 5–10 years of experience in product marketing, product management, or product technology in a technology‐based organization. * Proven ability to influence and work with cross‐functional and cross‐cultural teams across geographies and time zones. * Solid knowledge of industrial hardware and software development. * Familiarity with medium voltage market, customers, competition, and standards preferred. * Strong analytical and decision‐making skills to manage multiple priorities in a fast‐paced environment. * Collaborative, solutions‐oriented approach with excellent interpersonal and communication skills. * High level of fluency in English.
