Hello At Factorial we're looking for a new SDR Team Lead for the Italian Market to help us support and scale our SDRs team to the next level. As part of the team in charge of helping businesses grow with Factorial’s AI platform, you'll focus on developing and coaching SDRs, building strong customer relationships, and turning strong sales execution into qualified pipeline. What you’ll do - Lead and develop the team: Set clear expectations, run weekly 1:1s, and build a culture of accountability and continuous learning. - Coach close to the action: Drive call reviews, role-plays, and live coaching to strengthen discovery, objection handling, and prospect engagement. Support tough conversations that help SDRs become effective and autonomous. - Own team performance:



Analyse activity, conversion, and pipeline contribution to identify where improvement is needed. Agree on focused actions, follow through on execution, and measure their impact. - Strengthen pipeline execution: Help SDRs prioritise opportunities, maintain effective follow-up, and define clear next steps. Ensure CRM accuracy supports reliable forecasting and visibility into risks. - Hire, onboard, and grow talent: Partner with Talent Acquisition to hire, onboard, and retain high-performing SDRs with tailored professional growth plans. - Develop and optimise sales playbooks: Refine messaging, outreach, and qualification playbooks. Prioritise improvements, test new approaches, and share what works across the team. - Build strong cross-functional partnerships: Partners with Sales, Marketing, RevOps, and Enablement to align qualification and handover standards, improve lead quality, and optimize the fun
