People Hive is supporting a leading customer-experience (CX) outsourcing company in Spain in the search for a German-speaking Technical Product Expert for an international mobility provider in the e-bike industry. The role focuses on technical support, investigating and troubleshooting issues rather than following basic scripts, and explaining technical matters to customers and lower-level support teams.
