Construction Director – Data Centre Permanent We’re working with a growing data centre developer seeking a Construction Director to oversee construction delivery and coordinate the site team, PMO, general contractor and external partners. Key responsibilities * Lead construction delivery against programme, budget and quality targets. * Oversee contractors, construction contracts and project risks. * Coordinate civil and MEP workstreams through to commissioning and handover. * Maintain strong safety standards and report progress to senior leadership. What we’re looking for * Experience leading large-scale construction projects within data centres, energy or complex industrial infrastructure. * Strong contractor management, commercial and project delivery experience. * A practical leadership style and the ability to coordinate multidisciplinary teams. #J-18808-Ljbffr
