Requirements * Native or bilingual Dutch * Fluent English (spoken and written) * 1–6 years of experience in sales, preferably in: * Account Executive * Business Development Representative (BDR) * Sales Development Representative (SDR) * Telesales * Outbound Sales * Call Centre Sales * Previous cold-calling experience is essential xqysrnh * Comfortable making 80–100 outbound calls every day * Proven ability to close sales and achieve ambitious targets * KPI-driven and results-oriented mindset * Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills * Experience managing the full sales cycle is an advantage * Must already be legally residing in Spain * Flexibility to work in alignment with the US time zone when required
