English fluency is required as part of this role. * 2+ years of experience as a Disaster Recovery Engineer, Resilience Engineer, or Business Continuity Consultant. * Strong knowledge of Disaster Recovery, backup, failover, and recovery strategies. * Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure and/or GCP. * Solid understanding of infrastructure architectures, virtual machines, redundancy, and business continuity concepts. * Familiarity with crisis management exercises, incident response processes, and resilience testing. * Experience designing and executing Disaster Recovery tests and recovery scenarios. * Knowledge of Salesforce architecture, integrations,



and DR constraints is a strong plus. * Advanced English proficiency (written and spoken). * Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work both independently and as part of a team. * Define and coordinate backup, recovery, and failover plans across data center and cloud environments. * Review infrastructure and cloud architectures to ensure they support Disaster Recovery requirements. * Design and coordinate DR test scenarios with infrastructure, cloud, and security teams. * Collect evidence, document results, and propose continuous improvement actions. * Organize and facilitate crisis management and simulation exercises. * Work closely with IT and business stakeholders to validate incident response processes. * Formalize lessons learned and action plans following resilience and crisis exercises. * Stay current with the latest industry trends and best practices in Disaster Recovery, Op
