What You’ll Do * Handle inbound reservation calls in German * Support customers with bookings, changes, and travel-related inquiries * Deliver high-quality customer service with a sales-oriented approach * Create smooth and positive guest experiences throughout every interaction What We’re Looking For * Native or C2 level of German * Advanced English * Strong communication and interpersonal skills * Customer-focused and solution-oriented mindset * Previous experience in customer service, sales, hospitality,
