Role Description We're hiring a Data Engineer to join a leading European data and AI consultancy building an analytical data platform on Azure Databricks for a German insurer.
The first phase delivers sales reporting and campaign management for a new pension product, with customer and broker data from multiple systems merged and cleansed to power Power BI reporting.
Go-live is January 2027, followed by stabilisation until the end of March.
What You'll Do Implement data loading routes and transformations in Databricks to the lead engineer's specifications Build data quality rules and matching logic for duplicate detection across customer and broker data Create selections and standardised data exports for the CRM Write unit tests and support technical documentation Help
