Job Description At Concentrix, we are hiring a Digital Assist (Concierge Desk) Representative to support partners within a integral Microsoft program. This is a dynamic role combining technical support, partner enablement, and marketing execution, where you will help partners remove blockers, adopt Microsoft solutions, and drive go-to-market success. What You Will Do * Manage and resolve partner support tickets across multiple domains * Troubleshoot pre- and post-sales issues (deployment, licensing, imaging)
