Your Role * The Face of Solsbury: Welcome high-end clients and business partners to our flagship store, ensuring every visit reflects our premium standards. * Client Communication: Manage the info@ inbox, handle incoming calls, and professionally coordinate all client enquiries. * Schedule Coordination: Organize Energy Strategy Calls for our sales team and ensure an efficient follow-up process. * Management Support: Assist the management team, particularly the Director of Operations & Finance,



with day-to-day administrative and organizational tasks. * Office Coordination: Help ensure the smooth operation of the office while contributing to exceptional client experience. * Brand Ambassador: Represent Solsbury Pure Energy through professionalism, attention to detail, and the level of service our clients expect. What We Are Looking For * Proven experience in a senior administrative, hospitality, premium reception, customer service, or client-facing role. * Fluency in Dutch, English, and Spanish, both spoken and written. * Outstanding communication and customer service skills. * A highly organized, proactive, and solution-oriented mindset. * The ability to anticipate needs and take initiative. * Strong multitasking and prioritization skills. * Comfortable working with modern office software and CRM systems. * A positive attitude and genuine team spirit. * A valid driving license.
