Idóneo Qualifications * Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business, or a related field. * 5+ years of experience in Investment Banking, M&A; Advisory, Capital Markets, or Leveraged Finance. * Experience at a bulge-bracket bank, elite boutique, or major financial institution. * Strong expertise in financial modeling, valuation, deal execution, and transaction analysis. * Proficiency with tools such as Bloomberg, Capital IQ, FactSet, Excel, and financial modeling platforms.



* Deep understanding of DCF, Comparable Company Analysis, Precedent Transactions, and LBO modeling. * Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
