Published on September 11, 2026 12:00 AM Department: Procurement Operations Department Region: South Luzon Number of vacancies: 1 REGIONAL PROCUREMENT SENIOR ASSOCIATE Key Responsibilities: The successful candidate will report to the South Luzon Procurement Manager and will be responsible and accountable for procurement of PR requirements as assigned. * Process Purchase Requisitions (PRs) for various materials, equipment, consumables, rentals, services, and small civil works within the established procurement guidelines and procedures; * Monitors compliance with the POD Procedure Manual, PO/contract terms and conditions, applicable policies and maintains an effective filing system of records; * Provides support to Systems and Standards Division in the Vendor Database Build-Up; and * Ensures activities are fully compliant with NGCP safety/quality standards. Requirements: * Graduate of any 4-year course * Preferably with one(1)
