As a Senior Compensation Analyst, you act as the key contact for European compensation matters across 10 countries, supporting the Regional Senior Compensation Manager and local HR Business Partners to administer compensation initiatives, maintain compliance with pay transparency requirements and support talent attraction, retention and engagement.About the Department & TeamThe Compensation team is responsible for designing, managing and implementing compensation policies and programmes, ensuring Liberty’s legal entities remain compliant with legal and regulatory requirements. The team you’ll be a part of manages Compensation for the UK, MENA & Europe.Key ResponsibilitiesAct as the primary Compensation contact for our locations across Europe (10 countries), providing guidance to HR Business Partners and People Leaders across the regionLead benchmarking and market pricing activity for European roles, ensuring packages remain externally competitive and internally equitableProvide compensation recommendations for recruitment and role changes,
