Monday–Friday between 09:00 and 20:00 * Assist customers through incoming support requests * Troubleshoot incidents requiring deeper technical know-how * Resolve issues related to specialized products like SoundTouch * Keep users updated with resolution progress What we’re looking for: * Fluency in German and a solid command of English * Great communication and customer care skills * Experience or interest in audio products, wireless networking & live music tech * Familiarity with Windows and macOS * Prior experience in tech support or a fast-paced customer service role Please note: Remote work is only available from mainland Spain.
