Job Purpose We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented General Ledger Supervisor to lead a team of accounting professionals and support the delivery of accurate financial reporting, strong internal controls, and continuous process improvement. Key Responsibilities * Lead, coach, and develop a team accounting specialists, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment. * Oversee month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close activities, ensuring timely and accurate completion. * Review journal entries, balance sheet reconciliations, and intercompany accounts to ensure compliance with internal controls and US GAAP. * Perform financial statement reviews, balance sheet and P&L; fluctuation analysis, and support management reporting.



* Partner with cross-functional stakeholders across Finance, Sales, Purchasing, and Operations. * Monitor and report key performance indicators (KPIs) and drive service excellence. * Support SOX compliance requirements, internal controls, and audit activities. * Manage fixed asset accounting processes. * Identify and implement process improvements, standardization, and automation initiatives. * Contribute to finance transformation projects and other strategic initiatives.
