Finatal is partnering with a leading general healthcare group, backed by one of the world's largest private equity investors, to appoint a Global Treasury Manager as it continues to grow internationally. Generating nearly €1bn in global revenue, the Group operates in more than 15 countries. Working closely with the CFO, you'll take ownership of global liquidity, cash management and banking across a complex international organisation. With exposure to senior leadership, the Board, M&A; and international expansion, this is an opportunity to shape strategic decisions while strengthening the treasury function supporting the Group's growth. The Role * Lead global liquidity, cash positioning, forecasting and cash pooling across the Group. * Manage international banking relationships and support financing and funding arrangements. * Optimise intercompany funding and the deployment of cash across subsidiaries.



* Manage FX, interest rate and liquidity risk across multiple jurisdictions. * Drive improvements across treasury processes, systems, controls and automation. * Support the CFO on M&A;, strategic initiatives and international expansion. Your Background * Typically, 8 - 10+ years of treasury experience within multinational environments. * Strong experience in cash management, liquidity planning, cash pooling and international banking. * Strong understanding of FX, interest rate and liquidity risk management. * Experience with treasury management systems and international banking platforms. * Fluent English; strong stakeholder management and international experience are essential.
