We are a leading company in the design, manufacturing and sale of irrigation machinery, with a strong international presence and a constant commitment to sustainability and technological development. Our Spanish company, RKD is undergoing a phase of rapid growth and needs to strengthen our R&D; department. We are seeking a Design & Industrialization Engineer to contribute to the mechanical design of products and the integration of mechatronic solutions within our machinery. Key Responsibilities * Mechanical design of components and systems for agricultural machinery. * Development of 3D models using 3D CAD software. * Collaboration with PLC software engineers to integrate mechatronic functionalities into products. * Product industrialization and collaboration with production, assembly and testing teams. * Supporting the technical department and undertaking short-term travel for installations, training or after-sales support.



Requirements * Knowledge of hydraulics and fluids * At least 4 years’ experience in technical roles. * Good knowledge of 3D CAD software (PTC Creo preferred). * Knowledge of English at B1 level or above (Ref: CEFR). * Team-oriented ready to work in an international environment. * Strong problem-solving skills and an analytical approach. * Good operational autonomy and a results-oriented mindset. * Ability to work in a team and liaise with technical and production departments.
