and results-driven mindset * Strong communication and interpersonal skills * Commercial awareness and motivation to succeed Your Responsibilities End-to-end IT Recruitment (Tech focus) You will manage the full recruitment cycle for technology profiles such as Cloud, Data, Development, CRM, and SAP: * Active sourcing via LinkedIn, job boards, and your own network * Conducting in-depth interviews to assess both technical skills and cultural fit * Providing tailored support to candidates throughout the entire hiring process Strategic Business Development You will build and grow your own client portfolio by: * Actively prospecting via calls, emails, and networking * Identifying new business opportunities and generating qualified leads * Negotiating commercial terms with clients * Developing strong, long-term partnerships with key stakeholders You will develop a strong presence in the tech ecosystem by building meaningful relationships.
