IT Specialist (Systems & Network) Alcobendas (On-site) | Full-time What will you do? You’ll be part of the team ensuring that the company’s IT infrastructure runs smoothly and efficiently. This is not just a basic support role — you’ll have real impact on daily operations. - Providing technical support to internal users (hardware, software, network) - Installing, configuring, and maintaining workstations, servers, and network systems - Troubleshooting incidents and resolving technical issues end-to-end - Managing network infrastructure (routers, switches, connectivity) - Installing and maintaining business applications (Microsoft Office, ERP, CRM) - Managing IT inventory and software licenses - Supporting backup systems and data integrity - Maintaining technical documentation (systems, configurations, incidents)
