We are looking for a highly organized and service-oriented Faculty Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative, teaching, and research support to IESE professors. The role combines day-to-day coordination with the preparation of academic activities, course materials, travel, events, and documentation. - Manage calendars, meetings, correspondence, contacts, travel, expenses, purchasing requests, and administrative records. - Welcome and assist visiting professors, participants, executives, guest speakers, and other campus visitors. - Prepare, edit, and review presentations, reports, teaching materials, and other academic documents. - Support course delivery through specific academic platforms. - Coordinate special sessions, workshops, simulations, research seminars, recruitment activities, and academic events. - Maintain academic databases, CVs, publication records, websites,



and accreditation documentation. - Coordinate conference registrations, association memberships, research travel, Research Assistants, and research budgets. - Provide core materials, travel, and expense support to part-time professors.
