About the Role

We are seeking an experienced
Project Scheduler
to work independently in managing,

developing, and updating detailed project schedules. In this role, you will be responsible for

tracking project progress, monitoring critical paths, and coordinating with project leadership to

ensure key milestones are met safely, efficiently, and on schedule.
Key Responsibilities
- Schedule Development & Baseline Control:
Create, maintain,



and baseline complex project schedules using Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project.
- Progress Tracking & Monitoring:
Monitor baseline schedules, analyze variances, track critical paths, and highlight potential delays or risks to project leadership.
- Data Integrity & Reporting:
Gather progress data from site management, discipline leads, and contractors to update schedules regularly and produce comprehensive project reports.
- Interdisciplinary Coordination:
Collaborate continuously with site management, engineering, procurement, and construction teams to ensure schedule alignment.
- Change Management & What-If Analysis:
Perform schedule impact analyses for scope changes, delays, or acceleration plans to support project decision-making.

Requirements
- Software Proficiency:
Proven, hands-on experience and proficiency working independently with
Primavera P6
and
Microsoft Project
