Project Phase Ongoing Hard Skills / Must Have * 3+ years of Analytics Engineering, DWH Engineering, or Data Analysis experience * Expert SQL and good Python knowledge for ETL and data processing * DWH architecture, ODS, data marts, incremental loads, history handling, and deduplication * BigQuery or similar columnar databases; data mart design and optimisation * dbt for large incremental projects and Airflow or similar orchestration tools * Pipeline migration, data parity validation, Git, Data Quality,
