Equipment Manager - Philippines ACCIONA is looking for an Equipment Manager for its construction business. This position will be based in the Philippines. Job Description Mission: Implement the assigned parts of the project within his/her unit/department, in keeping with established procedures, facilitating compliance with established deadlines and coordinating the necessary resources (human and material), so as to contribute to significantly improving the project. Responsibilities * Develop and implement equipment utilization plans for marine infrastructure projects. * Same as above for precast yard and launching gantries (segmental bridges). * Support the PM in connection with the decisions to be made regarding acquisition/rental/subcontracting. * Prepare the forecast as well as cost control follow‐up. * Cooperate with the procurement department to prepare the specifications and review the purchase/rental contracts.



* Ensure proper allocation of machinery to meet project timelines and specifications. * Plan, help during recruitment, and manage the plant team. * Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance schedules for all equipment. * Coordinate with technical teams to ensure equipment reliability and minimize downtime. * Manage procurement of new equipment and spare parts (establish proper workshop management -the workshop falls under the scope, but should be a full organization for that). * Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure compliance with project requirements. * Ensure equipment selection and operation align with marine engineering standards. * Provide technical guidance on specialized marine equipment (e.g., dredgers, barges, cranes), precast yard, and launching gantries. * Enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with environmental and regulatory standards. * Conduct regular
