Responsibilities * Development of client-centric analytics capabilities across all Global Markets asset classes, creating a unified view of client activity, behavior, profitability and engagement * Implementation of advanced analytics models for sales and client management, including customer lifetime value (CLV), client profitability, propensity models, next‑best‑action recommendations, churn prediction and cross‑sell opportunities * Design and deployment of client segmentation frameworks based on behavioral, commercial and transactional data * Development of business intelligence solutions, dashboards and management reporting to support commercial strategy, client coverage and business performance monitoring * Integration of analytics and AI models into CRM platforms such as Salesforce to enhance sales workflows, campaign management and relationship management processes * Deployment of agentic AI solutions and intelligent assistants to support sales teams,



relationship managers and management functions * Identification and implementation of AI productivity and efficiency tools across Integral Markets, including the adoption of technologies such as ChatGPT and other generative AI platforms * Collaboration with sales, trading, management, technology and data teams to identify business opportunities and translate them into scalable analytical and AI solutions * Day‑to‑day engagement with senior stakeholders to understand business objectives, communicate analytical insights and drive adoption of data‑driven decision making Requirements * A Master's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering, Economics, Marketing Analytics, Data Science or a related quantitative discipline. * A PhD will be valued * 7+ years of experience in advanced analytics, marketing analytics, customer analytics, data science or AI roles within financial services or a similarly data‑intensive industry * Proven experience leading analytical initiatives focused on client behavior,
