Position: Music Production Expert - Spanish (ES) Type: Contract Compensation: $39–$54/hour Location: Remote Duration: Up to 6 months Commitment: 20+ hours/week Role Responsibilities * Evaluate AI-generated music across genres for musicality, creativity, and production quality. * Compare songs on prompt adherence, vocal quality, and mix quality. * Label songs by genre, structure, instruments, vocals, and musical characteristics. * Review AI-generated lyrics and vocals for quality and accuracy. * Work independently and asynchronously to meet deadlines and improve AI model performance.



QualificationsMust-Have * Native or near-native proficiency in Spanish (ES). * Ability to follow detailed written instructions in English. * 2+ years of experience as a music producer, audio engineer, or mixing engineer. * Headphones or studio monitors suitable for critical listening. Preferred * Formal training in music performance, theory, or composition. * Credited or commercially released production, engineering, or mixing work. * Broad familiarity with contemporary Spanish (ES) genres, sub-genres, and artists.
