Acting as the technical expert, the Systems Engineer works closely with Sales, Project Management, customers and suppliers to develop innovative, cost-effective and technically robust solutions. This is a full-time hybrid role, based in Madrid. Your impact SALES * Analyze customer operational and logistics data to develop optimized automation solutions. * Perform system simulations to validate proposed designs. * Design automated systems using CAD and engineering tools. * Develop technical concepts that balance performance, cost and operational efficiency. * Collaborate with Sales teams to prepare competitive technical proposals.
* Support supplier selection and technical evaluations. * Prepare execution strategies, project plans and Gantt schedules. * Validate the overall solution considering technical design, suppliers, execution plan and financial viability. * Act as the technical expert during customer presentations and solution reviews. PROJECTS EXECUTION * Validate engineering documentation before manufacturing and implementation. * Lead the preparation and presentation of Functional Specification Documents (FSDs). * Coordinate technical activities between engineering, suppliers and project teams. * Ensure technical compliance throughout the project lifecycle. * Support installation, commissioning and system go-live. * Provide technical guidance during testing, validation and acceptance phases.
