We're a fast-growing international company looking for a commercially driven professional to join our team and help us convert inbound opportunities while contributing to strategic growth initiatives. The Role We're looking for a Sales & Partnerships Specialist whose primary responsibility will be converting qualified inbound leads into paying customers through consultative sales conversations. For the first 6 months, the role will be split approximately:50% Sales50% Partnerships & Business Development ProjectsThis includes developing referral partnerships, exploring new acquisition channels, and supporting growth initiatives across the business. As the company scales, the role is expected to evolve into a predominantly sales-focused position.



Key Responsibilities * Sales o Conduct consultation calls with prospective clients. o Assess client needs and recommend the most suitable solutions. o Explain our immigration and tax services clearly and confidently. o Manage follow-ups via email, WhatsApp, and CRM.Consistently work toward sales and revenue targets. * Partnerships & Business Development o Identify and develop referral partnerships. o Build relationships with communities, agencies, consultants, recruiters, accountants, and other strategic partners. o Support business development initiatives and growth projects. o Help identify new opportunities to generate leads and improve business performance.
