Задачи: * Support the monthly payroll process, including preparing, validating, and reviewing payroll inputs and documentation * Maintain employee and payroll information across systems and document changes accurately * Support the payroll and administrative aspects of hires, contract changes, leaves, absences, and terminations * Support Social Security and other payroll-related administrative processes while developing knowledge of Spanish payroll practices * Support payroll checks and reconciliations, identify discrepancies, and learn to investigate and resolve them * Maintain payroll documentation, trackers, and internal controls * Help respond to payroll-related questions and collaborate with People Operations, Finance,
