We are looking for an experienced Cisco Collaboration & Video Conferencing Engineer with strong hands-on expertise across Cisco video conferencing, endpoints, telephony, SIP/H.323, and collaboration infrastructure. The role combines Level 2 operational support, troubleshooting, project participation, infrastructure health monitoring, vendor escalation, and local team coordination. intro call + 2-step client interview process Responsibilities * Resolve Level 2 incidents across Cisco telephony and video-conferencing environments. * Troubleshoot conferencing hardware, endpoints, peripherals, and collaboration applications. * Support Cisco CMS, Expressway, B2B, and Mobile & Remote Access (MRA) environments. * Maintain Cisco video endpoints including Room, SX, Personal, EQ, Webex, and Board series. * Monitor infrastructure health and proactively identify operational issues. * Participate in telephony and video-conferencing projects and upgrades. * Respond to customer escalations and coordinate complex issue resolution. * Escalate technical issues to vendors and Level 3 support when required. * Support operations teams on an ad hoc basis. * Coordinate the local team and promote knowledge sharing across the function Requirements * Advanced hands-on experience with Cisco video conferencing, including CMS, Expressway, B2B, and MRA. * Strong experience with Cisco vid
