In this role, you'll * Lead day-to-day communication with hotel clients, providing performance updates, strategic recommendations, and actionable insights. * Plan and oversee digital media campaigns across search, display, video, and social platforms, collaborating with analysts and internal stakeholders. * Present campaign results and translate data into clear business recommendations aligned with client goals. * Monitor and optimize campaign performance using tools such as Google Marketing Platform, Google Ads,



Display & Video 360, and Meta Business Manager. * Use analytics and reporting tools to identify trends, troubleshoot performance issues, and drive continuous improvement. * Stay informed about hospitality market trends, travel demand, and emerging digital opportunities. * Contribute to client retention and growth through proactive strategy reviews and renewal support. About The Ideal Candidate * 3–4 years of experience in digital media or performance marketing, ideally in a client-facing or agency environment. * Proficiency in key digital platforms such as Google Ads, Search Ads 360, Display & Video 360, Google Analytics, Meta Business Manager, and Microsoft Advertising. * Analytical thinker with the ability to interpret campaign data, identify optimization opportunities, and draw meaningful business insights. * Hands-on familiarity with tracking technologies (pixels, UTM parameters, floodlight tags)
